Wit the English symbol list you can download a CSV file for today's prices for all stocks on TSE here http://k-db.com/stocks/, and for individual issues by entering the symbol at the top of the page (ex. 7203 for Toyota). 8 years of daily data and 1 and 5 minute data for today, http://k-db.com/stocks/7203-T.
