Yet another win for the Mediterranean diet. :D:thumbsup:

But with that said, I've heard several longevity professionals say that exercise is by far the most important factor for living longer and healthier. In other words, if a person just tries to be reasonably active, his risk for almost everything bad that could happen from a health perspective gets cut in half.

I guess you could add fiber to that. And "fresh".
    The 7 "f's"
We won't go as far as to add a #8----> fermented. But they do say red wine has its benny's.

Just picked up a Whoop to gather some biometrics recently and discovered to my dismay that we burn more calories when not exercising than when we do.

Also worthy of note, the blue zones do have a Mediterranean diet is common but also that they do not necessarily “exercise” but that the terrain is hilly and that they walk a lot.
