Given the fact that GOP did not even bother to vote on Merrick Garland, what tools do you think Democrats will/can deploy to block Trump's nominee. They can not filibuster indefinitely.

Don't worry bro. We got a mandate. Time to stop dreaming and deal with reality, with the rest of us adults.

First of all, I am not them. I am very well aware of reality and wish Trump all the best. I truly hope he will do great things, and he has the tools to get them done.

This thread is specifically about what democrats will/can do to block nominee. I personally do not see any options for them.

Neither do I. Why do you wish to rewrite our Constitution?

    That's a better question.

Once again, I am curious if anyone knows of anything they can do to block nomenee based on current rules.

Where did I say anything about changing Constitution?

Trumps supreme court picks are Literalists.

    You oppose them.

Therefore, you support a non-literal view of the Constitution.

This is what we call interpretationism.

Do you think that's not obvious?

I want somebody who'll be a guaranteed vote for our side, just like ginsburg, kagan and sotomayor are for theirs.

Ginsburg looks about the same as Soros. About to croak.

Sotomayor's a feminist la raza wingnut.

They can have their sycophants in the media burrow so far up the ass of a nominee painting a negative an image of him/her to make the whole process as uncomfortable as possible making any potential think twice about accepting.

Guys, one more time, the purpose of this thread is to talk about my original question. It is not about how conservative or liberal our court is.
