    It has been known
    Factory-made / Frankenstein / man-made food makers
    cannot be trusted.

    Take natural food.

Avoid food in which man has altered the molecules.
Avoid food that has been subjected to severe torture
(mixed with toxic chemicals, subjected to high heat/temperature).
    Avoid food with toxic chemicals/additives.
Most of these foods taste and look very nice.
But in the long run, it is not nice for you.

not saying one should glug a gallon of grape juice LOL:D:D
    Pop tarts with icing have about 78% RDA of sugar;
i try not to eat those real often, even though they have real strawberry filling:thumbsup:
MD Anderson cancer center noted refined sugar is like a drug [refined sugar ]releases dopamine + is put in food to make you want more.
I enjoyed ice cream so much hard not eat a a half gallon gallon so i stopped that .

I remember reading a book in the late 1990s called Sugar Busters by 2 retired doctors who proved the sugar industry was lying about the benefits of sugar. They were sued by the sugar industry for claiming it was slander. They were proved correct in time. This was before the rise of the Atkins diet or even Keto diets.

I remember when I was kid in the 1970s (Queens, NYC) the foods you could buy had very little sugar and there was no craze to buy lowfat or nonfat nonsense like you see today. People used to use Crisco shortening to cook food and not all these unhealthy vegetable oils. Even the portions restaurants gave you was much smaller back then.

Also the rise of cereals as a breakfast food really was unhealthy. Before WW II most people in the US ate slow cooked Oatmeal/Porridge or eggs & bacon/sausage.

The more poisonous the food is, the less people die from it.
Every year, less than 10 people die from eating poisonous puffer fish.

Every year, millions of people die, suffer serious medical conditions or
have their limbs chopped off because they ate too much non-toxic sugar/processed food.

The health food crowd seems to believe Stevia is the best of the sugar substitutes, however I prefer the taste of Splenda. In recent years there has been the rise of Monk Fruit extract for diabetic candies (ChocZero uses it in all their products).

In moderation. Eating a bunch of watermelon or drinking orange juice all day will have the same effect eventually like candies.

Just change the sugar in barley into beer.

And if you want, change beer into whisky.

Just change the sugar in the grape into wine.

Just change the sugar in vegetables into healthy sauerkraut.

Or you can feed the ants with sugar.
    Ants don't have teeth.
So they will not have tooth decay problems.
Ants are important for a good eco system.
