Days ago when this was mentioned much of the headlines that crossed soon after mentioned that according to law trump cannot fire powell even if he chose to do so.....last night he said he wasn't firing him, stocks rallied on this news but this isn't news .....there is no way trump had any say in this. So news about equities rising on this headline is absolutely fake.

Strangely President Trump didn't shut down Fed agency.
It should be DOGE job.

its better not to get too caught up in ''why''. The market moves and we follow the movements with trades. If the market has seen some serious Red..there will always be some rebound. ANd probably if there is a series of green days..look for more red..Its very volatile and very profitable.
