I don't think so. They require 25k because of the PTD (daytrading) rule. You'd have to find an offshore broker that accepts Americans (I assume you are in America based on your username). If you are not in America then there is TradeZero (Bahamas) but it's not Das Trader, just similar Direct-Access software.
But tradezero doesnt allow Americans to open an account. I tried this from South korea and they said no

Yes it will be. TradeZero America is a FINRA registered/regulated BD so PDT applies. You can day trade but it is limited to 3 day trades per week.
cashclay-Maybe you should consider a CASH account where the PDT rule does not apply. No leverage, no shorting and you have to wait 2 days for equity trades and 1 day for option trades to settle. You will not have to count your trades.
