  3. The FED is saying it's a bubble in equities with 0% interest rates.
No wonder the central bank is causing this rise in equity. money has nowhere to go for short term cash.

short term cash or anyone who has bonds maturing don't have a whole lot of places to invest their cash if the fund requirees a min. of 2-4% on bonds or t-bills.

The fund model doesn't allow cash to be sitting there earnign nothing. in interest rates, with 0% interest and rising inflation, you lose money and the fund manager can get fired and investors get angry and wondering wtf are doing with so much cash earning nothing in interest rates??

There is no "bubble". You can question US index valuations if you want but there is plenty of value out there if you look and do the required research. That's the ironic part about some of the bs traders post on this site; they seem unable to measure what proper valuation is on anything and if they did they'd refuse to acknowledge the companies that are cheap on that basis.

Mr powell on 60 minutes last night...

This is why the nasdaq is surging !!!

    money printing and beyond!!!!

PELLEY: Fair to say you simply flooded the system with money?

POWELL: Yes. We did. That's another way to think about it. We did.

PELLEY: Where does it come from? Do you just print it?

POWELL: We print it digitally. So as a central bank, we have the ability to create money digitally. And we do that by buying Treasury Bills or bonds for other government guaranteed securities. And that actually increases the money supply. We also print actual currency and we distribute that through the Federal Reserve banks.

  9. S&P 500 and Dow Jones still in bearish territory.

I would be very surprise if S&P 500 test the highs of 2020 again this year.

As for nasdaq, it's a different market.

As for nasdaq testing 9750, it's only 400 points away. that can be tested in days. because the market is that illiquid

    It's absolutely mind blowing
nasdaq was a bubble before covid

    And now it's +4% since Jan 1

Fed backstopped stock market at bubble valuation

ATH for Nasdaq possible this week!

    Yeah, no inflation. LMAO
