  3. Toxicity is a matter of dosage. My understanding is that this issue is of little concern compared to everything else we consume.

Have you wonder why out of a billion oat stalk, not a single stalk is diseased?
Have you wonder why out of a billion soya bean, not a single bean is diseased?

99% of the food we get from the supermarket contains

    insecticide/pesticide/chemicals/man-made food/plastics.

And those food looks very colorful/nice and
    taste nice.

One of the best place to stay is in a small village in India.
Most small farmers are so poor that they couldn't buy insecticide/pesticide.
Ended up their crops has poor yield, and looks ugly.
The small farmers rioted recently because Modi wanted to combine
    small farmers into big farmers.
Big farmers can afford to buy insecticide/pesticide/chemicals/toxins

    Alternatively, grow your own food.

    I suddenly crave Wheatabix.

  8. Bah, just get some wheat bran, if it's the wheat you crave. Add some oat bran. A few other useful ingredients like ground flax seed and chia seeds. Pour some skim milk on it, let it soak and add either fruit or cocoa. Breakfast of champions!
