    Housing back to record prices again.
    Reality TV president.
    Lots busy few years.

    2000 was a little before my time, but i think this is closer to 2000 than to 2007.

    2007-2009 was an existential issue for the US. Credit completely dried up and thus the world stopped spinning.
    This is a valuation reset.
