Something new I've been working on

I've been working on this trading concept for about a year with the goal of complete auto futures trading. The full trading version is still ironing out kinks but this version that paints the signals is fully functional. For now, I'm only interested in long NQ trades for the first 2 hours of the trading day.

Just going to start by posting some charts.

Is the green and white part automatic and how do you set it up in Ninjatrader? Looks great.

If I recall correctly, Dustin, you've been trading mostly stocks earlier? Did you move on to futures exclusively or just increasing your portfolio?

Yes the green is the buy/long signal that is produced. For the auto trading version it would buy and hold through all green zones, unless there's a profit target hit.

The program can also plot shorts, but I have it disabled.

I've always focused on stocks/options but intraday stock volatility is awful and has been for some time, which is why I've put a lot of time and effort into this.

Yeah it works on any timeframe but I tend to lean toward 1 min or less. 9 signals this morning isn’t bad at all.

Unfortunately NT doesn’t support backtesting due to how this is built.

what do you mean? You can back test any concept in NT. at least, I have not met a use case that is impossible to backtest. The only
    Limitation is data.
