Everyone can opine but not his job to care, otherwise cats and dogs can do the same.

His Twitter account also seems to be hacked. He had a scam post where he offered to send back more Bitcoin if u send him some first, and now I see the account pushing an NFT mint and airdrop. Surprised it hasn't been dealt with yet.

    "Dealt with?" By whom?

Twitter isn't dealing with anything anymore. They fired everyone responsible from removing content that violates their TOS.

They at least do help people get their accounts back if they have been hacked. Perhaps Jason is just shit posting now in order to steer things in a different direction.

Removing content that violates their "TOS" is absolutely ridiculous. With Twitter being so powerful of a social media platform, it's almost a complacently condoned dictatorship. I have seen people's criticisms about another company's products getting removed because they violated Twitter's "TOS". Glad Musk did the right thing by firing those bastards.

Okay, I have only read the abstract. But this thing is a master's thesis that was accepted by faculty in engineering and management at MIT.

The guy might actually have something interesting to say. If you just read the abstract, the paper is not really about Bitcoin or even about cryptocurrency; rather it is about other uses for proof-of-work technology.

This does not look like a bunch of nonsense written by someone who has fallen into the crypto cult.
