Socialism Baby!!

  1. Socialism is such a goddam joke! It just won't go away though. We have this spokeshole for the socialist intellectuals, Sanders, trying to talk us into more of it. Democrats are Socialists essentially. Currently it's working in the US and that only because the debt has grown by Trillions in the Obama era. The debt can, in fact, never, ever be repaid so eventually it seems like we will be right where Venezuela is, given enough time. The Socialist cry is "let's all share the wealth (and gimme some)" but eventually it becomes "let's all share what we don't have anymore (and keep your dirty kids out of my country club)"

Because it represents people and labor. As long as there are people and labor, there will be socialism.

We've been in debt continuously since 1835 (the one year we were out of debt), and have always made our payments. See also: debt profile and rollover schedule. And please stop ignoring the fact that "Obama's debt" is a result of non-discretionary spending, and people voluntarily buying US bonds.

The socialist cry is, "let all who had a hand in creating wealth have a fair share of that wealth". Without labor capital is useless. (And vice versa, though all men are born with at least some capital, and don't necessarily need another's.)

  3. so we were always socialist. Wow, how did we ever get so far away? Now it all makes sense. The founding Fathers were socialists, and then we let a bunch of capitalist immigrants into the country. We need to take our country back and make it the socialist beacon on the hill it once was.

You speak as if I'm saying the founders were entirely socialist or capitalist. I'm not saying that.

  5. it takes a lot of hard work to become a capitalist. It takes no effort to be a socialist. So what is it you are fighting for? Why do you even need a government to be what is natural, a socialist?

You don't think fighting back against, say, colonial masters was an effort, and a dangerous one at that? How about organizing a union, your legal right, in a hostile workplace? Speaking up for safe working conditions? An end to sexual harassment in the workplace? The right to vote even if you don't have "white" skin, a cock, and land?

  7. before you can have sexual harrasment in the workplace you need a workplace

  8. That's how socialism works.

The ruling elites get whatever good stuff there is to get... while everybody else queues up for their ration of toilet paper and potatoes.... that is if they are availabe at all.
