Healthy food in proper proportions is the way to go. If you're all geared up to get on the 'vitamins are shit' bandwagon, save it for someone who does not know that. I know that. I'm a belt and suspenders guy whenever a small additional effort can benefit me. Because I don't run my food through a chemical analysis I have no real idea if the crap from the store has the expected mineral and nutrient content, so I drop one of these down the piehole a couple times a day. It's been years since I looked around so if anyone knows of other sups that are competitive or better, please post that Supplement Facts Sheet off of Amazon or whatnot for comparison. I'd be interested in any recommended B-Complex sups. - So for the basic sups... Anything not in here, let's hear about that too. Salud. Multivitamin MultiMineral, The Vitamin Shoppe, "Ultimate Man High Potency Multi Energy Antioxidant Blend", Daily - Into the piehole, foodwise... Rise and shine. A pint of green tea with ~3/4 teaspoon vit C powder and 1/3tsp msm. Dry packaged Lentils cooked and thrown into the fridge for fiber and magnesium with a couple boiled eggs for breakfast. Vitamin B complex supplements usually contain the following: B1 (thiamine). Thiamine plays an essential role in metabolism by helping convert nutrients into energy. The richest food sources include pork, sunflower seeds, and wheat germ (1Trusted Source). B2 (riboflavin). Riboflavin helps convert food into energy and also acts as an antioxidant. Foods highest in riboflavin include organ meats, beef, and mushrooms (2Trusted Source). B3 (niacin). Niacin plays a role in cellular signaling, metabolism, and DNA production and repair. Food sources include chicken, tuna, and lentils (3Trusted Source). B5 (pantothenic acid). Like other B vitamins, pantothenic acid helps your body obtain energy from food and is also involved in hormone and cholesterol production. Liver, fish, yogurt, and avocado are all good sources (4). B6 (pyridoxine). Pyridoxine is involved in amino acid metabolism, red blood cell production, and the creation of neurotransmitters. Foods highest in this vitamin include chickpeas, salmon, and potatoes (5). B7 (biotin). Biotin is essential for carbohydrate and fat metabolism and regulates gene expression. Yeast, eggs, salmon, cheese, and liver are among the best food sources of biotin (6Trusted Source). B9 (folate). Folate is needed for cell growth, amino acid metabolism, the formation of red and white blood cells, and proper cell division. It can be found in foods like leafy greens, liver, and beans or in supplements in the form of folic acid (7Trusted Source). B12 (cobalamin). Perhaps the most well-known of all the B vitamins, B12 is vital for neurological function, DNA production, and red blood cell development. B12 is found naturally in animal sources like meats, eggs, seafood, and dairy (8Trusted Source). https://www.livestrong.com/article/457715-complications-from-vitamin-b-complex/ https://www.livestrong.com/article/483285-how-much-vitamin-b-complex-should-a-person-take-in-a-day/ https://www.livestrong.com/article/550903-can-b-12-make-you-feel-jittery/ Foods high in B-Complex vitamins https://www.dogpile.com/serp?q=Foods+high+in+B-Complex+vitamins Difficult to get B-vitamins found in foods https://www.dogpile.com/serp?q=Difficult+to+get+B-vitamins+found+in+foods B-complex vitamin https://www.dogpile.com/serp?q=B-complex+vitamin B-complex vitamin powder https://www.dogpile.com/serp?q=B-complex+vitamin+powder
Twinkies. The only thing it does not have in it is biotin and black pepper. Otherwise, that is why they last forever.
%% Tasty health food lately?? Homegrown frozen blackberries, salmon, whole wheat bread, chopped dates in rice four, fresh frozen watermelon sliced about 1'' thick. i prefer the larger seeded water melon + give the birds the seeds; but the seedless seem to be selling better this year
Homegrowns anywhere around you? Get some good Old local heirloom seeds and carry on the tradition next year boss. Call me when they're ripe? Something tells me that you already know how this goes but just in case... growing watermelon - https://www.dogpile.com/serp?q=growing+watermelon Break a Leg.
%% THANKS for the inquiry; i grow a small garden on my tree farm. Black berries grow wild. Actually get most of my water melons @ WMT. One large lady @WMT told me '' those melons are sold by price not pounds.'' I said i know+ weighing them anyway/LOL I weigh most of my melons I have raised chickens for eggs/ great taste + great fun; but too time consuming, even though i miss the hens
I grew three watermelon plants over summer in early grade school. Watermelon plants do not equal watermelons, lol. You are enjoying a pale representation of the real deal. See if maybe a local melonfarmer's around. Buy ten of em, give em to the neighbors. Maybe one of them will grow a patch next year. You will not be sorry. Put a couple on a tub of ice on Friday night, have some friends over Saturday afternoon. Give the rest away. Party on Wayne!
%% HOMEgrown tomatoes taste SO,SO much better than store bought. I have gotten such good WMT storebought melons = WMT melons fine. MY mom mailed some thing interesting on water melons; average water melon has 900,000 or a million water cells in it
