Discussion in 'Politics' started by OccupyThis, Dec 20, 2013.

  1. we start discussing politics. He tells me he and his wife left the Soviet Union around 20 years ago to come to America to be free.

He said he woke up the other day and looked at this wife and said, "it's deja vu, we're going back to what we fled."

He told me stories about growing up in a socialist/communist society and how god awful it was. He described it as a series of lines- that anything you wanted in life involved waiting in line since the government was 'it'. He told how doctors were reprimanded for prescribing medicine for patients that were outside what the government approved.

He ripped apart Obamacare and all the 20 something hipster liberals who blindly follow this ideology out of ignorance. His advice for anyone who wants/believes in it is to go live with/in it!

Was refreshing to hear coming from someone with actual experience growing up with it.

  3. "Mark Chapter 10:21-25 21Jesus looked at him and loved him. "One thing you lack," he said. "Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” 22At this the man's face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth. 23Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!” 24The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, "Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God! 25It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." Further read, Matthew 25:31-46: The Parable of the Sheep and the Goats. For those that don’t know this one the key statement is as follows:

41"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.' 44"They also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45"He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46"Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life”.

While you're quoting the Bible, what does it say about gay men?

  5. Ditto!

  6. Seems like American politicos have never heard the sage, Grandpa's Wisdom...

"A smart man learns from his mistakes. A wise man learns from the mistakes of others."

But America is not really dealing with "mistakes"... rather, LUST FOR POWER BY THE LEFTIST/COMMUNISTS IN CONGRESS... collateral damage? Even if it means the entire country? Even it if means everything America has always stood for? So be it.

American Liberals/Progressives/Communists have been slowly working on subverting this country for the last 100 years. Now that we have >50% "parasite class"... they appear to have accomplished their goal. Too bad for the rest of us.

Could take as little as 5-10 years to milk the makers class dry (or drive them to flee the country)... hopefully, it will take longer.

Not much to hope for, is it?

    :(

Most likely the reason Jesus avoided the subject was because he was a closeted gay man. The bible itself is silent on whether he was flamboyant with limp wrists or whether he was buff with a firm handshake, but there is some stuff in the comedy section (Bible:part 1) that would curl your hair if you had no sense of humor. By the way, Lucrum, do you like bacon?:D

  8. Yup, he was a gay socialist. That's why he hung out with all those guys and wanted the poor to be given help. The translation from Hebrew of "Socialist Butt Buddy" is disciple.

  10. disgusting little trolls

Jesus clearly says in the Bible man should never take place of a woman in love and woman never place of a man.

Mocking Jesus like they do on Israeli television shows.

You guys must be bunch of Zionists bleeding the US dry every day,
