It’s phony populism all the way through. Millionaires being paid by billionaires to brainwash the people into thinking the ruling class will create jobs and spread prosperity by reducing their taxes and cutting regulations.
Yeah, we should give more money to the poor because they'd be better at creating jobs. Of course, we have to get that money from someplace...where...oh, I know! The millionaires! Let's take from them to give to the poor. Hopefully they won't wise up and leave.
But we can agree that Carlson is a millionaire hired by billionaires. The fact of it is not a bad thing of course, denying it is, just like denying bias.
So what if he is? Good on him that he is so successful. Andersen Cooper is the same thing, yet folks on the left believe him. Focus on the message not the person delivering it - unless the person delivering it has never delivered a message worth listening to in his or her life.
He was having a nice back and forth with the guy and it did not seem contentious but usual banter (the guy was looking to say provocative things and probably is a glory whore) and when he said he is a millionaire working for billionaires is when Tucker lost his shit on him basically guaranteeing the interview would never air. Tucker seemed offended. If you work for a news netowork controlled by a group with a specific political leaning, it will bias all of your coverage. Same with CNN and MSNBC. They all act like it is not true which is why they come across so disingenuous [sp?}
