Just let that sink in for about 98 seconds.....an app, a Texting app where messages disappear thats probably used by 88% of the teens to send naked pictures to each other and other random dribble is worth $16 Billion???
How does anyone not see whats wrong with this picture...

    Kohls is worth $13.32 Billion
    Nordstroms is worth $13.98 Billion
Whole Foods is worth $15.03 Billion
    Sandisk is worth $14.36 Billion
    Hersheys is worth $14.76 Billion
    Xilinx is worth $12.31 Billion
Bed Bath and Beyond is worth $12.43 Billion
    Whirlpool is worth $14.71 Billion
J.M Smucker is worth $14.26 Billion
Western Union is worth $11.35 Billion
Quest Diagnostics is worth $10.86 Billion
Citrix Systems is worth $10.42 Billion
Snap on Incorporated is worth $9.03 Billion
Etrade Financials is worth $8.49 Billion

Some of these companies have been around for over 100 years and have real employees and real products to sell to consumers, they have facilities and thousands and thousands of employees, they have assets,
really assets... they have real earnings and profits and are well known to millions of people because of how long it took to build up their brand identity....then you have snapchat not even 4 years old with just hype built behind it, even the founder is quoted saying that there is a bubble, he mentioned this week about a possible IPO...an IPO??? hah this is literally the end of this fantasy world, a texting app that caters to a demographic with the least amount of disposable income is now going to go public....but I know... I know... I know this times its different, right?

Snapchat can be valued by it's investors at any amount. It doesn't necessarily mean it's worth that to a potential buyer.
