Yes at least a 25% move in shares or more....

The volatility is going to be off the charts on this one....between both these news events this stock will be taking center stage.

  3. The stock is trading at a low valuation despite the big move.

NVDA earnings can push the DOW and the whole market. I am expecting good earnings.

  5. With the new blackwell chip, you would think. That said, expectations are high.

Law of large numbers are finally starting to show......

Nvda is not heavily weighted within the dow 30 however it will be quite a substantial mover for all of nasdaq and tech in general. I think a 10 to 15% move in nvda is coming after the announcement.

It is uncommon for a major audit firm like Ernst & Young (EY) to resign from an audit engagement, especially mid-process, as such firms typically invest significant resources to secure and maintain large clients. However, it does happen in rare cases, often due to serious disputes over governance, transparency, or management integrity, as seen in EY’s resignation from Supermicro. EY cited governance and control concerns, as well as a lack of trust in management’s representations, which are critical for auditors to rely on during their work.

While auditor resignations are not unheard of, they are particularly rare for high-profile companies like Supermicro and often signal significant underlying issues. For example, Deloitte had also resigned as Supermicro’s auditor previously, further highlighting the severity of the situation.

    Let’s see …

SMCI said they “believe” they’ll be able to submit it.

Everything you said is what kept me from investing in SMCI other than day trades here and there.
For Ernst and Young to just walk away must mean something is going on.
