I can see them going out of business in the not so distant future. When is the last time you heard someone say "I want a Ford". Most likely never even heard the phrase in your life.
And by the way, Ford doesn't make cars anymore; they simply couldn't compete and instead stuck to their money makers, pick-up trucks and SUVs...none of which sell other than in the US and Canada. It's like watching a factory in Soviet Russia, no one cares what they make as long as labor's working.
Now, as in today? Because last time I read on these boards about TSLA going to $5, it was 30 days ago when it had dropped to 101. Who knows, today it may hit 202, up 100%.
Tesla fair price is around 30-50. Remember there were 2 splits 5x and 3x. At $50 it would be $750 before splits pre pandemic.
