Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said that lawsuits filed by President Donald Trump could show that millions of ballots in Nevada were sent through the state machines without signatures being properly confirmed. “In Nevada, they have a machine to verify mail-in ballot signatures,” he said on “Fox & Friends” on Thursday. “If you don’t have a signature on a mail-in ballot, then it’s useless. The machine was basically turned off.” Graham then asserted that millions of ballots were run through the machine “whether it was fraudulent or not” as they would accept every signature. The whistleblower, according to a partially redacted affidavit obtained by the Washington Examiner, began working as a counting board member for the Clark County elections office in mid-October. On Nov. 6, the whistleblower stopped working as a ballot counter “due to concerns about how the votes were being counting [sic].” The affidavit has been sent to the Department of Justice. “I personally witnessed disregard of signature verification as well as other irregularities,” the whistleblower said in the affidavit. “While working, I observed a significant number of signatures on mail-in ballots I believe did not match the name and should have been reviewed. I personally watched the Lindsey Graham interview on Fox and Friends. I can personally attest, Lindsey Graham did in fact say on national television, in Nevada, most of the signature verification security systems in the ballot counting machines were turned off.
