Shorting QQQ at 440.25.

 

With the mkt closing on the HOD?

 

Folks asked the same question when I posted in March that S&P would drop in 2 weeks (although it took twice as long...grrr). But it did eventually drop, didn't it?

 

For me it looks more this way. The short would be very short...

You got guts to short the Qs especially since the FANG+ index is 80 bps from all time highs on the back of most of them having good earnings. FNGS & SMH closed above the 50 day SMA.

 

There will likely be a better entry.

 

Why not long SQQQ

 

No guts, no glory, that's my secret formula to success. We'll see how it goes for the rest of this week. I'm pretty sure we're very near the swing cycle top.

 

Well, we'll find out shortly. I don't think we'll go higher than 444. (I've been told 4=Q)

The f@ck if I know. Why do you keep asking these philosophical questions?

I normally don't trade stocks or ETFs. Futures is my MO. But I got this sudden itch. I'll consider SQQQ next time though.
