What in god's earth does that mean.

 

I vaguely remember hearing something on the local TV stations back then when this was all happening that "The building (#7 ) has to come down."

Something about it's structural integrity being compromised, so it was taken down in a controlled demolition. That is the only thing that keeps me from believing that there was some grand conspiracy. Otherwise I'd be white-on-rice about it.

 

Yes, I too remember something said about it having to come down. And that would of taken a lot of pre-planning. It wouldn't of been able to be a right then type of decision.
