Anyone know anything about these guys or any other companies that recover best execution failures - aka Broker fraud? http://www.securrex.com Appears the SEC has a $18B problem on their hands with Reg NMS best execution failures. According to the SEC 7.5% of all shares are traded through 2.3 cents a share. Flat out Fiduciary Frauds. These guys from what gather only do pensions so I'm looking for a similar service that I can run my execution data through to see what kind of claims I may have. Using the SEC estimates we should see about $5K a day in recoverable harm based on our avg daily volume. Best I can figure out is FINRA arbitrates these claims... Any experiences here? Is this really a Clown court for the industry or can harmed investors expect a fair shake?
any word on this pocket? i see this crap daily in my executions -- most posted execution times are a total fraud. they rip clients on fake exchanges then hit the market makers on other markets -- stealing the trade and stealing from clients. i see this day in and day out.
