    Hi,
I am looking for help on calculating the second (thrid, fourth...) largest drawdown. The maximum drawdown works.
First, I need to know if the second largest drawdown can be in the period of the maximum drawdown. Stock price example:

    100
    90
    80
    100
    92

The max. DD is -20%. Is the second largest drawdown -10% or do I have to look outside the max. DD period? Then the second largest DD would be -8% ((100-92)/100).

    Thanks in advance!!

  3. It doesn't matter what the "second largest drawdown" is after your 20% drawdown because you'll receive redemption requests from all of your customers.
