    Trades are reported to OECD by your securities broker and national tax authorities then get your sales and net worth.

    i think the classic car industry benefited from inflation, car shortage, and bringatrailer improving price discovery.

    They are collecting the stuff the FED can't counterfeit,
    like cars, gold and silver, crude oil, cocoa, etc.
    In other words the basics that do not intersect with "financial engineering".

    People have money burning a hole in their pocket look around for things to buy with it.

    Which is also why they are buying bitcoin way more than so-called hard assets such as gold, silver, etc.

    But collecting crude oil and cocoa huh, and storing it in soup cans buried in their backyard? :D
