The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the first leveraged Bitcoin futures exchange-traded fund (ETF) on Friday. Volatility Shares 2x Bitcoin Strategy ETF (BITX) is scheduled to launch on the Chicago Board Options (CBOE) BZX Exchange next Tuesday, June 27.

3 times BTC or ETH would be insane. I also think 1.5 times would be a good fit in addition to 2x. But I did not make a backtest to find the optimal leverage ratio as buyandhold investment here on BTC.

When will CBOE stop offering BTC Futures ETF?

    They offered BTC futures.
Then they stopped offering BTC futures due to very poor business.

CME BTC futures volume is not great too; only 10k / day.
And the bid-offer spread could be 10, 20, or 30 ticks wide.

Investors /traders are simply not interested in derivative products.

oh so this is a ETF on CME listed BTC futures ,, so won;t be holding actual Bicoins like the proposed Blackrock! one! so low chances of the "exchange" itself blowing up .. one less risk
