Scroll wheel when adjusting option price

    I manage two accounts. In one I get a scroll wheel to change option prices in IB TWS option trader and a side menu to adjust prices. In the other I have to type the prices in as I do not get the scroll wheel.

    anyone know how to turn on the scroll wheel in option trader.
