pretty good specs, but not a good warranty. Also, I've read that TigerDirect is not the most customer friendly post-sale.
Try OfficeMax.com, they have a SOYO 24" for $299. I have 4 of them, happy so far. Have 8 Sceptre 19's, each one bought was less well made, dead pixels has been the major problem.

Newegg is great for getting computer component feedback. FWIW, I just picked up two Samsung 245BW @ Best Buy for $429.99 each ($70 discount sale). Granted a bit more than what you may be looking for, they easily compete with the $600-700 24" LCD's available. My charts, tools, and text have never looked this good and crisp. Very easy on the eyes. I'd say it's comparable to the new Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP, but about Run them on Radeon Dual DVI
