%% Even more so with SEC charges + when the DOJ is against them with charges of securities fraud+ conspiracy to commit securities fraud, 25 years in the pig pen for each charge
I made good money trading these guys pumps and often the ensuing dumps, and I never even knew any of them existed. gov.uscourts.txsd.1899118.1.0.pdf (courtlistener.com)
yeah it is like driving a car on its last leg. You can use it and it will get you there but stay close to home and only make short trips. The problem for newbies, is the temptation to go big after a string of wins and then when they dump, newbies are too large. Or when the dump happens, they buy more thinking it is going to go up again. Bottom line is you are playing with a stacked deck, even more stacked than normal.
