On top of hiding the guns, may want to not have a digital copy of your plans. A bit late at this point unfortunately. A friend, who is a lawyer specialized more in corporate issues, but is regularly using tech to pull up peoples internet crap that ends up not working out to well for the person who is suing or being sued. At his firm the family side of it uses people's digital footprints on a daily basis in divorce and custody cases.
I've never tried long-distance relationships. The examples I've had in the past haven't been very good either.
At least you get to see what they look like. Dont do anything stupid or you open yourself up to blackmail.
