This should be a tesla mover tomorrow, this was talked and promised in 2019, now in 2024 they are finally unveiling robo taxis. They claim this is going to be the next earnings driver for tesla, I think it's far from anything else but more hype. Don't buy into it. If its true though, then expect many many millions of jobs losses as self driving cars take over the roads and human driving taxis become extinct.....

How can you structure a trade for no cost?

  3. Why not make what everyone wants: a toilet that cleans itself. Or a bed that makes itself. Or a home fast food vending machine, push a button and you have it make a Whopper with cheese right then and there.

Don't worry. All those job losses would just turn into job gains for security guards and monitors, alarms for self-driving robo taxis. If businesses needs "protections", you don't think a unmanned moving vehicle that has taken away livelihoods of millions of drivers need the same thing?

I don’t think any sane parent would load their kids into an autonomous driven school-bus. There would need to be an adult ie a driver lol. Negating the whole concept

Inclined to agree. At heart it's that we're simply more comfortable letting a human we know make potentially lethal mistakes (even at a higher risk) than letting a computer program make them. Because who are we gonna hold responsible then? Elon Musk? Good luck with that.
