One of a very few "celebrities" with real talent and a sometimes seamless range from comedy to drama. I hope he found whatever peace he was looking for.

Was watching some of his stuff today, i think this skit was the funniest one i had ever seen, Dont think ive ever seen a better description of the excercise in futility that is golf, anyone who plays will appreciate this one. RIP Robin Williams, you will be missed.
My favorite part was "I'll put the hole hundreds o' yards away!" Best RW bit ever, IMO. I knew a dentist that got to meet RW. He knew somebody or something and went to a club, got invited to a "table" and there's RW. He gets introduced. . . as a dentist. And he thinks "Here it comes. Here's some great material that will get this comic genius going." But RW says nothing much. He sits down. They drink. They talk. No real jokes from RW. My friend goes to leave, says good bye and stands up. Then RW lets loose with a stream of consciousness jokes about dentists and dentistry that has my friend in pain! Wish I could have been there. Rest in peace, Mr. Williams. If I ever tell a joke with just one tenth of your ability, I will be proud indeed.
