Applicable, only the other way around He said: "You discover the talent, developed the ambition, recognized your passion...." With the wannabe traders it's the opposite: You recognized your passion, developed the ambition... and only later you discover that you do not have the talent.... ) Then you f@cked....
It seems that God works in mysterious ways : - one question indeed how people deal with rejection * Some fear rejection , so usually , get hyper prepared, and in a certain way go for the "safest" option when one considers their level of preparation. * Some seek rejection, so make as many assumptions as possible to find rejecting situations * Some are not bothered about rejection: they take it as a feedback, build on it, and move on - vocation / talent : the luckiest students seem to be the one who have found early on a real vocation. No matter the subject, they always seemed to have an entry they really like before graduating.
that's true , but there is no rejection in trading since you have no audiences or boss who reject or approve your efforts... in trading there are no audience, no applause, nothing... audience or boss can be fooled, therefore in many occupations (including acting) absence of talent is ok, since you can be a mediocrity and still win the hearts of public or superiors not so in trading: no rejections here and no approvals, but also nobody to fool...except yourself that's why you can not be a mediocrity here, it's just not enough
I really like understanding a trader's mindset and psychology first. On these two videos : which character is nearer to what you are ( your psychology) ? No change of plan here. Video1 Video2
Please do not take these questions in a bad way : these are just to be able to fully understand your mindset. Nothing more than that, as I have come to realize that each person have a unique way of seeing things.
I do not take your questions in a bad way, but I am a very private person and do not talk on forums about myself.
