Rithmic: Can't Acquire API Docs

I'm eyeing the Rithmic C++ API for data and execution services (through DeepDiscountTrading.com), but am having a hard time getting my hands on the API documentation/user's manuals.

I emailed the Rithmic support and sales accounts they have posted on their website over a week ago, but still haven't heard anything back. I haven't called.... but I shouldn't have to... that is why they have email addresses...

I could probably ask DeepDiscount if they could provide (Howard is VERY responsive, I'm Impressed by DeepDiscount), but again, this isn't a DeepDiscount problem....Its Rithmic. If the reputation of their data/execution wasn't so good, I would have already moved on to the next provider.

    So, two questions:

    1. Could anyone point me to the documentation for the various Rithmic APIs? I'm talking technical specs and user's manuals. Their website is embarrassingly short on details.

    2. Anyone else have customer service issues with Rithmic? If they have a reputation of poor customer service, I will likely take my money elsewhere.

    Thanks,
    Brad

@IAS_LLC we have been working with Rithmic for nearly 7 years, and they have been very responsive to us when it comes to API requests. They have set up a few last week on the same day the request came to them from us. I encourage customers to go via their brokers who use Rithmic as they know all the specs necessary to receive the documentation.

Just spoke with DeepDiscount ( great customer service), they informed me that only Rithmic Support is authorized to release API docs .

I have been using Rithmic since the past few months; they are quite responsive. I exchanged a number of api support related emails with Rithmic. Their response to my queries was never delayed by more than a day. RAPI in general is pretty well designed for whatever it does. Rithmic releases the api if you open a demo account (1 month/year) or if you open an account and fund it. It did take sometime (1-2 weeks) initially to setup my algo trading account (rapis/ssl/authorizations), but once they fell in place its a pretty smooth affair, I never had issues.

I see the thread title was changed... apparently the moderators don't like when you call out a sponsor.... What is this, Communist China?

Spoke to Rithmic this morning, and they inform me that the API document request has to come from the broker...... Why would they make the barriers to their product so high??? Its almost like they don't want my money.
