Remarkably originally written some seven hundred years before his birth ... (Isa. 9:6).

For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.

    Meanwhile.....
The trial of Benjamin Netanyahu, also known as the Netanyahu-Elovitch-Moses Trial or the Publisher's Trial, began following investigations into allegations of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust by him and close political allies within his inner circle during his fourth and fifth terms as Israel's prime minister. The Israel Police began investigating Netanyahu in December 2016 and subsequently recommended indictments against him.

Besides that there are Israeli war crimes which are violations of international criminal law, including war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide, which Israeli security forces have committed or been accused of committing since the founding of Israel in 1948. These have included murder, intentional targeting of civilians, killing prisoners of war and surrendered combatants, indiscriminate attacks, collective punishment, starvation, persecution, the use of human shields, sexual violence and rape, torture, pillage, forced transfer, breach of medical neutrality, enforced disappearance, targeting journalists, attacking civilian and protected objects, wanton destruction, incitement to genocide, and genocide.

Jesus: "....and the government shall be upon His shoulder."

    And who wrote that?
    Who were they talking about?

Ok, maybe you should try a chatGpt query, something like "Who wrote the book of Isaiah in the Bible?". Who is he writing about? I'll leave that to your imagination.

    Ok, nice duck and weave.
You started the thread with the bold statement: "Remarkably originally written some seven hundred years before his birth ... (Isa. 9:6)." And then you do a little sidestep, perhaps because you know you don't have answers and don't wish to show your ignorance.

Let me ask another simple question you can answer; Would you agree the Jews as a whole but in general were literature intelligent? Way back then and currently.
The Greeks and Romans were also intelligent, but the Jews were not dumb.

Here's your chance for a christian to throw your light, the christian light of the world onto a dark heathen.

I don't follow you. I don't see how Jews, Greeks and Romans are relevant to my statement that that verse was written some seven hundred years before someone's birth in 0 CE. Who that someone is/was you can debate. The fact that it was written about seven hundred years before 0 CE is fairly well established.

Btw, I once had the double album record Handels Messiah, my favourite LP, I've played this numerous times, scores of times, still love it.

Greek and Romans are not relevent, the Jews are. Are they literature intelligent?

I can't speak for them. I guess you'd have to ask (or test) them. And which literature? Hebrew, English, German, Latin?
