sell high [top] buy low [bottom] notice i did not say the top and the bottom. high is relative high-this concept is important and is not stressed enough by experts/vendors. beginners know ema momentum pullbacks.....but they have no idea of this vital concept. markets wave because the minute the high of a bar is broken, the market is relatively high and sellers mediately come like an hungry lion even if not many traders talk of this relative high and relative low and i am very surprised that they do not because it is trigger and reason for every transaction on this planet. the irony is even though no one understands this the market continuously comes down from highs and moves up from lows. This may mean the big boys understand this but are keeping it secret the market therefore is always in the moment, while traders live in the past, and is truly short term in nature. This is the reason almost all traders, including myself, till recently, are always on the wrong side of the market. This is why many retailers declare ' discounted' sales to fool the public that prices are relatively low and is the reason this fraud attracts many people Last edited: A moment ago
any system or technique which does base it self on this concept will only give returns which are random and that is why most of techniques do not give profit more than 60% of the time
Congratulations on an ahhh hah moment. But they’re best kept to yourself as you’ll have many many more of them. Put them in your journal if you want to rant. Don’t start another thread
over one hundred thousand books are written yet not one will mention this concept leave alone explain it.
How can i put it in my journal if it is not a trading strategy? thank you for your suggestion: am i repeating myself? are you a moderator? this concept is the basis of all market movements and all financial transactions forums are meant for ranting not for anything useful -are you the only person authorized to rant?
I think you are merely rambling and every new idea or thought you have is put to a new thread and you look for validation. The fact that when a new high is made, market participants either sell to close or sell to open, and when it begins a Retracements they either buy to open or buy to close is no magical concept and doesn’t need to be stressed by vendors because it’s pretty much common sense lol.
You need to use your logical mind to determine what drives a market. Pull up a chart with volume. Break it down bit by bit and determine why it moved the way it did. Once you discover why a chart is the way it is, only then can you begin to develop a profitable system. For you to say a market moves in waves and that you’ve finally discovered this, is to say the least, a tad laughable. All in all I wish you the best but you need to try harder if you are gonna win at this game
i do not need a system: because i understand the market movements; i know where to sell and where to buy. i am already profitable.
