hot off my daily scanning.... check out some of these reit stonks play: psa, eqr, fpi, exr, invh, cube, rexr, dre, fpi etc. enjoy...
i'm no wsb users. wsb are into meme stonks like gme. wsb users don't know how to scan for the type of stonks like me.
The REIT and Utilities trade doesn't make fundamental sense since higher rates should crash these stocks, but investors keep buying I assume because there is no safe haven any more. Really the last safe haven is the US dollar. Higher rates should help the Financials but they aren't. Its a bizarro world of correlations.
I don’t like utilities and reit stonks in the past cause they were boring and slow moving. But my signal brought me to them now. I’m not saying they gonna go up from here. All you can do is placed your educated bets and stop loss as a day or swing trader.
Of course. Price action is price action. To refute it is suicide in this market. The Utilities, REITs & Healthcare all move in tandem at least since March. Energy is of course the king of all these trades still. The trade that never seems to end is the long fertilizer trade. Just keep buying MOS, CF & IPI.
Is a common feature of your scan algo to list stonks that would have been a good buy 3 weeks ago? https://stockcharts.com/freecharts/candleglance.html? psa, eqr, fpi, exr, invh, cube, rexr, dre, fpi
have you look at my other recommendations like food, chemical, oil, pharmaceuticals stonks list a few weeks ago? How are some of those stonks doing like abbv, kr, mos doing today 4/8/22 since I started those thread? If you have added them to your watch list and trade them you would have made money as of today.
I looked at one other that was consistent with this one. 6 to 8 weeks after a major run-up. Given that you open a new thread for each scan your alerts are scattered from focused analysis by your fans interested in the track record of your screen hits. Would you consider posting your alerts into a single vincentnyc alert thread? This would make it plain to see that these are valuable alerts. What's your method of capitalizing on long of tooth alert hits? If you posted the alerts like below your fans could easily leverage the technology to follow up. A list in the same format you use with commas PSA,EQR,FPI,EXR,INVH,CUBE,REXR,DRE,FPI leads to: https://stockcharts.com/freecharts/candleglance.html?PSA,EQR,FPI,EXR,INVH,CUBE,REXR,DRE,FPI This leads to easy follow up if that's what you want. If not, I understand.
