Red "R" following stock symbol on eSignal.... anybody know what the "R" means?

I'm probably the only guy in the markets who doesn't know, but I don't. Couldn't find it addressed in web search, either.

The only one on my list is DUST... Gold not doing much today, so don't know what's special about DUST.

Thanks... saw that. But the "restricted stock" I understand is non-negotiable. How can that apply here?

Seems this "R" is different.

 

the R may be for yesterday's actions.

 

On TWS, I see a short sale restriction for 3/15 and 3/16; for DUST.
