The problem is not just the number of the actual tariff charge. The numbers above are inflated arbitrary numbers related to trade barriers determined by a government bureaucrat in the US. Who knows if they were not influenced by lobbyists? They will be maintained at a high level forever because of lobbyists. Who will pay for this? Obviously it will be the American consumer/

Bottom line Trump is acting like a socialist dictator of a 2nd or 3rd world country which the US is sinking towards.

Good thing I kept my ES puts. I knew he would tank the market.

Cramer said it best. Trump is the new Powell. When Trump speaks he always tanks the market.

Bla bla bla...."it's my tariff board and my figures. If you don't agree, you can't play in my corner of the school playground with the cool fat kids with weirdly odd orange skin". Hitler II

The whole world will be very busy changing their sales and purchases.

Instead of buying from A, you buy from B.
Instead of selling to C, you sell to D.

The air / shipping / land freight will be changed massively.

    Cambodia's USA reciprocal tariff 49%?
It might have minimal impact on Cambodia.
I think their scam centers are doing well.

Most like President Trump wants to do business with Russia's Putin.
But the obstacle is Russia/Ukraine war. So having ceasefire (with/without peace)
    makes sense.

    China will be a superpower.
    Strengthening Russia will weaken China,

    ie Make Russia Great Again
    then MAGA is possible.

    How to strengthen Russia?
    Do business with them.
Import oil, gas, food .... from Russia.
So having zero tariff on Russia makes sense.

US should support the world. Protect the world. It should redistribute its wealth to those less fortunate.

  10. In 20 or 50 years America will essentially own 70% of the world in some way, shape or form.

It's only a matter of time. Weaken then, make them desperate, have no choice... and be their savior.

In 100 years, there will basically be only 4 or 3 countries, world powers.

In 300 years, there'll basically be a one world, controlling, power government.
Mark my words. Place a bet on this
