Can someone recommend an Android app with real-time price alerts that are local to the phone? All the ones I've seen just send the alert as a text msg or email, which isn't reliable or quick enough in a fast-moving market. During the flash crash, I remember receiving the alert 3 hours after it happened because the alert server was horrendously bogged down. I need an app that doesn't rely on a server to send the alert
