Saw a picture on old dogs and immediately remembered that I hate stray dogs. I don't hate dogs in general, find them cute and all, but like say chickens or lambs, being fun to play with doesn't preclude executing them if circumstances demand. I look at videos on YouTube and seems like in the 3rd world they have a huuge problem with stray dogs. Not so much in EU/US but then again, I'm not too familiar with stuff I see outside my living area (Romania). And while strays are not a problem where I usually live, the problem could and should be better taken care of. I'll have to find out the exact terms of the law but apparently if a citizen files a complaint to the city hall with respect to a/some stray dog/s, they are compelled by law to address it, and send that dog to a dog pound for processing. Which involves some humane stuff like feeding them and waiting some reasonable time for an owner to show up but if that doesn't happen, it's curtains for that dog. And I fully support that. Only question is why the fuck do I still see stray dogs where I go? Especially in the villages, not in the highest cost of living city in the country where I live. It's a question of money, obviously. Apparently the city hall, while obligated by law to pound the dogs, can just say "we have no money for it", although that's a lie and can be fought in court (yeah, the state fights the state in justice, very common around here). But if the problem is indeed, only money, I can solve that! I'll totally create an "animal end of rights" association that will take voluntary money to solve the stray dogs problem. Think of it as a "final stray dogs solution". I'll keep you posted.
Amazing... Hanging Rock, Under Sea Waterfall, School Kid Carrying His Friend, Vietnam Cave and a lot of other ones... thanks..
