Yep. I commented a few weeks ago that I heard Rahm Emmanual bloviating on CNN or some place and he sounded to me like he was running for president. Now I see this. Does not make it so but he is definitely prowling around seeing if he can get traction in the midst of the wreckage of the Dem Party. He does not have a job right now and to at least pretend to think about running will get him the endless cable interviews that he would not otherwise get, being a deadbeat right now. He has lots of experience, domestic and international, and is fast on his feet- but is a mouthy, obnoxious, unlikeable prick too.
