Quote Tracker not showing Big Charts

For me, Quote Tracker is the best stock trading software and
I hope it will not be shut down.
But for the last few days when clicking on Big Charts it reports
"error fetching charts". It always worked before and I can go
to Big Charts website and see the chart but it's not as
convenient as using QT.
Anyone else having this problem?

Works for me. You sure you have historical backfill set to bigcharts and not some other vendor.

I have historical backfill set to BigCharts but I've tried
Yahoo too.

When I right click on a stock and select big charts I still
get "error fetching charts". Works fine for historical charts.
Is it still working for you and do you use program version 3.9.8?
