I'm trading from Chicago. Currently I have the highest upload and download that my local high speed company offers, I'm running cable modem. I tested it on www.speakeasy.com and I was 11,000kbps down and 370 up and my CPU is top of the line. I trade on lightspeed.... I've notice when the market is really running on the open and close, I can't execute order with my supersmart swipe... I'm trying to liquidate my position and I won't get filled, I'll often watch my position drop huge in my face and I won't be able to get filled. Also during these fast periods the quote look like they are delayed cause they aren't matching the prints.. sometimes the prints will be $2-$3 from the quote... I've lost and let thousands of dollars on the table as a result... the guys at lightspeed really don't know what to tell me, I was wondering ifperhaps you might be able to give me some advice...
