I have been trading options for ~3 years and doing well. I 'm always looking to learn and improve by trading strategies especially when it comes to risk management. I came across (doriantrader.com) and I listened to one of his meetup online sessions. It was interesting and useful. Has anyone had any experience using their training/teaching services? I would appreciate the feedback.
i would have to get a lawyer to figure out all the loopholes in this refund policy. non-scammers make it simple and easy - this is anything but it's vague and convoluted run forest run ---- Refund Policy Dorian Trader LLC, does not provide refunds to Subscription members and does not provide refunds to Cohort members unless a mistake in billing was made by Dorian Trader. If service is canceled before the end of a program or after a program no refund will be made. By completing payment on this website you agree that you must cancel before being billed, by emailing support@doriantrader.com, if not no refund will be made and your membership will be canceled after the current billing period. All services are final. However, Dorian Trader does provide a refund only to members who signed up for The Disciplined Trader Program or the Apprenticeship Program if percent goal guarantees are not met. A discount of half the cost of the program is made if a member qualifies and does not meet the goal guarantee. The discount is NOT a refund and/or traditional guarantee but a discount policy. To qualify the member must meet the following: 1. You must have signed up for our Disciplined Trader or Apprenticeship Programs. 2. The trading account you start the program with must have at least $5,000 available for trading to start the program and must be maintained after withdrawals (if any). Any losses will not be held against your balance. 3. All trades in the portfolio must be trades (including closing trades) you decided to follow using the “Dorian Trader” guidance. 4. You must complete the assigned homework weekly. You must be able to meet and/or briefly talk three trading days a week (before, during, or after regular trading hours). 5. If you are not paying all upfront, then your payment must be current during the entire program.
Dorian Trader's Refund Contract Passage... Basically adds up too.. We will take your money if you please... We will take your money if you don't please... but For the Record... If you pay by Credit Card with a SOLID Primary FED Bank backer (JPM, BOA, etc.) and defintely do Not pay by Debit or Pay Pal or any other method... YOU have the ability to charge back anything you pay for within about a 45 day period. Gather evidence of their fraud or misrepresentation or irresponsible behavior or WHATEVER and thru the Credit card company CHARGE THOSE F*CKERS BACK !) I have saved $1000s charging them back when I end up getting chewed up by dishonest companies who were all loving Grandma's when I first bought, signed up or joined and later turned out to be raven wolves... and always keep your receipts when you leave a store for at least 30 days. Anything can be returned to Home Depot within 30 days... and Always remember that ANYTHING you buy on Amazon can be returned for FULL refund by using Amazon's A-Z blanket guarantee. If a Amazon merchant says they are not refunding you (within the 30 day period of purchase period) file A-Z claim... So far, cross fingers, I have never lost one of those. Saved a few $1000s (free postal return policy too) as well as made $3000+ in reward points over 12 years. I charged back Microsoft (the company) with a JPM card (barf) over a $40 dollar fee for subscription to a premium LinkedIn service that DID not meet my expectations. They vomited back the money.
