Hello everyone, I'm trying to find a free live RSI (on a 3 min time-frame and not daily) scanner. Currently I'm using TOS scanner which is truly an amazing scanner, but unfortunately not a live one, and has to be refreshed manually. I was wondering if there's any such scanner for free out there? My criteria is quite simple, and involves only RSI (above 70 / below 30), price and volume, so I would prefer not to pay for "trade-ideas". Thank you for any assistance and ideas!
Try TradingView.com although I'm not sure if they have a scanner that will tell you which markets are above 70 / below 30. Most brokers have such with their charting program. Simply, open a brokerage account with a broker that offers such in their charting program. wrbtrader
I happily pay for Scanz (formerly EquityFeed). I run stochastic scan all day every day on my list. You get what you pay for by the way. We still have two ToS accounts, and I will tell you there are latency issues with ToS that are clearly visible when you run Scanz side by side. And if these eyes can catch those issues in real time you know we aren't talking microseconds delay. We are often talking 1 or more seconds delay between TOS and what Scanz is showing (if only ToS would execute the price they are showing but they know what they are doing. You won't need the news scanner so all you need is the $99/month technical scanner. If you trade OTC's you'll pay an extra $15/month for the data.
It's cool that you focus so much attention on detailed analysis, because this is the basis for you to work as properly as possible and be able to more accurately determine which points deserve the most attention. I'm happy to see traders who aren't looking for simple ways. Because the market cannot be fooled, you can only move strictly towards your goal, and try not only to cope with difficulties, but also to analyze their causes. Because it will help you avoid similar situations in the future. This is what is different from a person who just wants to try, from a real professional who defines long-term goals. And he knows exactly what he will do in the future.
