I currently went on interviews with a good amount of equity trading firms lately and came across one who said they were a broker-dealer with the CBOE/CBSX exchange. They claimed this was a new structure and traders did not have to have their securities licenses although capital is locked up for twelve months. They seemed like a good and honest place, but I have never heard any type of structure like this. Can anyone tell me if there are any prop firms with this structure you might know of? I appreciate it
