I’ve been watching the Saylor tracker and I’m wondering if there is a way to know if his buys are from OTC or from an exchange. Is that possible?

I saw somebody's Tweet they use OTC and exchanges worldwide, including Binance, it's somewhere in their SEC filings, from what I remember reading on the Tweet, but I would not know how to check so maybe it was made up

It would make sense to use OTC, after all the idea is to push the price up. If they know how much they generally move the market, by buying calls beforehand they can cheapen the higher prices.

For a while now I’ve read that the OTC availability is drying up and the large buyers will have to procure their BTC from exchanges going forward. I was thinking that MSTR purchases should start showing on a daily price bar when OTC is unavailable in large transactions. The saylor tracker trade dates don’t seem to do this yet. I am assuming that the purchases happened on the date reported. If the purchases are actually a sum of several transactions over multiple days my idea is useless.
