Here's one I did not know that cracks me up. If you are an American you are aware of the public health care in Canada and Britain. I've heard some say we are so backwards and way behind them. Others warn and tell of horror stories and can you even imagine going to a government doctor? Yet, I have heard many democrats say they would not get on a plane or trust an air traffic control system that was not run by the government. Boy are they backwards. Both of our advance neighbors and allies airports are privately owned. Maybe Canooks and Brits think air travel is not important and can be run by a private corporation but health care is too importatant and must be run by the government, while Americans don't care about airports, just let the government run them into the ground, but keep them away from my healthcare! Given a choice, would you rather go to Heathrow and an American private doctor or JFK and a British government clinic?
