Valparaiso Police Investigating Threatening Video The Valparaiso Police Department is aware of the threatening and disturbing video that is circulating on social media. The video posted by Valparaiso resident, Brian Kelly (50), was reported to police upon being discovered after midnight on June 15, 2021. Kelly was taken into custody at this time on unrelated charges and remains incarcerated at the Lake County Jail. Valparaiso Police continue to work with Lake County authorities while the investigation into the threats is on-going.
