Prop Trading firm for equity options

What are the best firms for experienced options traders? I need to do this myself....

 

Tibra or optiver

 

Do they require a license?

There are quite a few prop firms in Chicago. I know alot of traders that went through many of them in Chicago. PM me if you want some advice etc..

 

I think Oliver Velez runs a prop firm that requires no license.

what do you know about Tibra and Optiver that makes you "recommend" them?

i think it's been mentioned enough on here. in fact I know it has. but a prop firm that doesn't require a license... well you know. just don't be surprised is all.
